Member Zone
The Member Zone contains information accessible only to AVGCC members and shareholders who have registered an e-mail address with the Club, who have an active Club-issued Member or Shareholder Number and who have been issued a password. Its purpose is to disseminate information of interest to Club members and shareholders only, as opposed to the public at large who have access to all other areas on the website.
Current and new members who need to do so can register an e-mail address either by identifying it on your membership application/ renewal form, or through the Pro Shop after opening day: the Pro Shop also uses your address to confirm your tee time bookings, and from time to time to send information from the Club.
You will also need to know your 4-digit Member Number to access the Member Zone: current members can use their numbers as issued in 2011 which remain valid for 2012, and the Pro Shop expects to assign numbers to most new members starting on opening day 2012. All 4 digits of your Member Number including any "leading zeros" must be entered in the space below when the accessing Member Zone.
Members who have already been issued at least one password can, if necessary, click on "I've forgotten my password" below and a system-generated replacement password will be sent to your registered e-mail address: after logging in, you could then click on "Change my password" and follow the instructions to set your own 8-character password if you wish.
Members with both a registered e-mail address and a Member Number who have never been issued a password or who are experiencing difficulty logging in, can request assistance by e-mail at info@avonvalleygolf.com: (Note: please use your registered e-mail address to send your message and if not doing so, please identify that address in your message)
Check here for solutions to common log-in problems associated with the original system-generated passwords issued in the Spring of 2011: the format of the replacement system-generated passwords should eliminate most or all of the earlier difficulties.
If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to the address noted above- or leave a message with the office at 902-798-4654 and we will call or e-mail back.
