Thanks to the members and shareholders who turned oout for Tuesday's information meeting- there will be a brief report on this (and another on the newletter survey) in the September Avon Go Round. We can still accept survey replies until the report is written, so there's a few days left to reply.

Hours eff Sept 22/ booking procedures/ power carts
Eff Sept 22, Pro Shop hours are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM seven days a week, with bookable times starting at 8:00 AM. During maintenance or frost delays, all play is under the direction of the Pro Shop. If during playable conditions you start earlier than opening, be sure to check in "at the turn."
Green-fee players- note any special rates listed in the Pro Shop Notices section to the right, then call the Pro Shop at 902-798-2673 to book a time. Non-members can call three days in advance of the desired day, for example anytime on a Wednesday to book times up to & including Saturday, anytime Thursday for up to Sunday, etc. Please note that non-members must submit credit card information to confirm bookings- refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hrs before the booked time (except if due to unforeseen weather events). We have a well-maintained fleet of power cars for hire at reasonable rates. Please note, however, that althouh we have recently added more paved paths, power cart use may be completely or partially restricted (e.g. 90- degree rule) when the grounds are wet- so if planning on renting a power cart after rainfall, call the Pro Shop to confirm conditions.

Rates for the 2015 season will be set in late October and we again currently anticipate only slight increases in all classifications.
Don't forget the kids: we offer great Pee-wee & Junior rates and activities including an Invitational, Fun Nights, weekly training clinics all summer, the Junior/ Pee-wee Club Championship, and reductions on kids' dues if the requirements for the Family Membership discount are met.
