Effective Saturday April 13 until further notice, Pro Shop hours will be from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM daily with tee time bookings starting at 10:00 AM. Members might be able to show up & start earlier with Pro Shop permission once it is confirmed there are no delays or grounds maintenance underway.
Green-fee players- note any special rates listed in the Pro Shop Notices section to the right or if none are shown, check the Green Fees page for info on Monday-Tuesday discounts and the 5- and 10-pack offers. Then call the Pro Shop at 902-798-2673 to book a time. Unless otherwise indicated, non-members can call up to three days in advance of the desired day, for example any time on Wednesdays to reserve times between then and Saturday inclusive, and anytime Thursdays for times up to Sunday (same formula to reserve for other days). Please note that non-members must submit credit card information to confirm bookings- refundable only if you confirm cancellation at least 24 hrs before the booked time or in the event of unforeseen unplayable weather.
Use of the Club's power cars may be completely or partially restricted after heavy rain: if planning on renting a power car, please call the Pro Shop at the number above to confirm the situation.
A note re the March 17, 2013 Annual General Meeting
Thanks to all Shareholders who attended the 42nd Annual General Meeting on March 17. We had a quorum and all matters put before participants by the outgoing Board were ratified as tabled- including election of the slate of new Board members, whose offices/ portfolios are posted on the Contact page and will be periodically updated.
An unofficial summary of the meeting can be found on the Member Zone- this also includes a complete copy of the Club's By-laws as amended at the meeting.
